RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You must call Customer Service at US TOLL FREE before any arrangements will be made to issue a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You may return your product in its package within 30 days for a full refund. Your account will be credited within 14-30 of receiving your product. If you do not see a refund within that time, please contact customer service.
A restocking fee of $9.99 will be charged to facilitate the return. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by Company for the return.
You may cancel at any time for any future orders. Cancellations must be done in writing to email@example.com. Written requests must require full order number, name and shipping address associated with the order. Orders that have already been placed and processed may not be cancelled. ALL Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable once orders have been sent out. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
We will send you a confirmation email that we received your product and we will send you an email when your refund has been issued.
